  • For the safety of our staff and guests, Grind City Music Festival will limit the size and type of bags entering the venue and enforce the following Clear Bag Policy:

    All bags must be completely clear
    or smaller than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.

    There is no storage available onsite for prohibited bags. If you bring a prohibited bag, you will be able to return it to your vehicle before entering the venue.

    All bags will be measured and searched upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.

  • Just click on the tickets link at the very bottom of this page or visit the Grind City Brewing Company taproom to purchase tickets in person and fee-free.

    The onsite Box Office will open on day-of-show two (2) hours prior to the festival’s opening and will remain open each day until the headliner takes the stage.

  • This event is an all General Admission event. Patrons requesting accessible seating should purchase a General Admission ticket and you will be accommodated at the venue.

    Grind City Festival will have an Accessible Seating area near the front of house mix position. Please email music@grindcityamp.com for further details or with any questions!

  • Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office to speak with the box office manager. Please note: we are only able to accommodate reprints for tickets that were purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster retailer.

  • Grind City Music Festival is on rain or shine!

    In the event of severe weather (including lightning or severe high winds), a concert may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the threat.

    Please monitor the Grind City social media channels for weather and show status updates. If severe weather threatens while patrons are onsite, Grind City Music Festival management will also make official announcements via the PA system, video screens, and event staff.

  • Sorry! No lawn or folding chairs of any kind are permitted at Grind City Music Festival. It’s a hazard and liability thing.

    There will be picnic tables available in the vendor market and limited seating throughout the site.

    Patrons are allowed to bring in blankets (max size 10 feet by 10 feet) and cushions, but any framed seating is not allowed.

    Grind City Music Festival will provide security, extra lighting and make every effort to secure our lots. However, it is recommended you remove all valuables from your vehicles as GCMF cannot be held liable for any incidents.

    For both days, one mini bus will run continuous service every hour. From 10:00 pm - 12:00 am, an additional mini bus will be available for the exit rush.

    Not only that, but guests under the age of 12 get in free, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • This event is cashless!

    Box office, concessions, bars, and merchandise stands accept all major credit cards.

    • Sports equipment of any kind (baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, frisbees, etc.)

    • Selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts and other commercial camera equipment
    • Inflatables of any kind
    • Aerosol containers
    • Any and all professional audio or video equipment
    • Drones and other flying devices
    • Totems, flags, banners
    • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed.

    • No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, samples and giveaways, etc.

  • ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE DISCRETION OF THE ARTIST AND FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT.

    • One (1) factory sealed bottle of water per person, up to a gallon in size. We may ask you to remove the cap upon entry.

  • The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than one (1) inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed through security.

  • Cancellations can occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation, messaging will go out across all Grind City Music Festival social media platforms, as well as through local media channels, to communicate information about a potential reschedule or relocation of the event. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase only.

  • Grind City Music Festival does not allow weapons of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles. Leave them at home and enjoy the music!

  • Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. Refillable plastic water bottles will be permitted, but must be empty upon entering the festival. There will be a water refill station onsite.

    All outside food & drink is prohibited.

  • Any guest that is violating venue policy or the law will be ejected from the facility at the sole discretion of Venue Management.

  • In the event of an emergency while onsite, Grind City Music Festival has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located on the west side of the festival site, opposite the merch tent, on the pathway leading from the entrance to the Main Stage.

    Any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Memphis Police Department will also be onsite during the festival if additional assistance is needed.

    Venue security is located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any safety concerns. Please visit the Guest Services tent located near the main entrance with any questions, concerns, or additional assistance.

    In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.

  • If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our Guest Services tent located on the west side of the festival site, opposite the Merch tent, on the pathway leading from the entrance to the Main Stage, next to the EMS station.

  • Grind City Music Festival and Grind City Brewing Company strive to ensure that all guests have a great experience at our venue. If you need additional assistance while onsite, please make sure to let a member of the Guest Services team know.

    Ticketing
    Accessibility tickets can be purchased online. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so it’s important to plan ahead and to secure accessible seating when purchasing tickets.


    Day of Show Parking
    Accessibility parking is located near the main entrance of Grind City Music Festival. Patrons must display an official handicap parking permit or tag to utilize accessibility parking.

  • Sorry, we cannot allow pets onto the festival grounds.

    Service dogs, which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. Handlers must provide a Patron Notice of Responsibility for a Service Animal.

  • If you lose an item while you are at the event, you can visit our Guest Services tent located inside the entry gates, near the First Aid and Merch tents, to see if it has been turned in.


    Grind City Music Festival will retain a list of all lost and found items following each event. Please email music@grindcityamp.com in advance to see if your item has been found.

    To coordinate item pick up, please contact us in advance of coming to the venue in order for us to best assist you.

  • Festival and artist merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merch tent located in the North Plaza.

    All artist concert gear is property of the artist. The venue cannot take responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please check that you have the correct size and that there are no defects in the merch before you walk away from the stand.

    The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

  • Re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure that everything needed for the event is brought in at time of entry. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed re-entry without a new ticket.

    Please note: If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation, re-entry is not allowed.
